Benjamin Dash opened the law firm of Dash Farrow, LLP in 2008. His legal practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania covers commercial litigation, business and corporate transactions, real estate law and employment law. He has represented a wide range of clients that includes lenders, title insurers, builders, real estate agencies, realtors, investment bankers, local and national businesses, and individuals. Prior to Dash Farrow, LLP, Benjamin was a partner in the law firm of Dash Reynolds, LLP following his practice in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices of Jennings Sigmond, P.C.
Ben has lectured extensively to business, trade, and professional groups on such topics as failure to disclose defects in real estate transactions, litigating mold claims, home inspector negligence, short sales, navigating transactions in a downward market, consumer fraud, and predatory lending.
